Swim, intimates, and pierced earrings are final sale. We cannot resell them once they have left us.

How to start a return

Write to us from the contact page with your order number, the items you are sending back, and the reason. We will tell you where to ship the parcel. You pay return shipping, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Refunds

After the return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to the original payment method. The original outbound shipping fee is refunded only when the return is our error. Refunds usually post within 5–10 business days after we approve the return. Your bank may take longer to show the credit.

Wrena ships orders placed on shopwrena.com. Standard shipping is free on orders of $79 and over, before tax. Orders under $79 show a shipping fee at checkout.

Processing

We prepare an order within 1–3 business days. You receive a confirmation when the order is placed, and tracking when the parcel ships.

Delivery

Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after the parcel leaves us. Remote addresses can take longer.

If a parcel stalls

Carriers and weather can slow a shipment. If tracking has not moved for 7 business days after the first ship scan, write to us from the contact page with your order number.
