These terms cover your use of shopwrena.com and purchases from Wrena. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. If an item is unavailable, we cancel that part of the order and refund what you paid for it. Prices are shown in US dollars and can change before you check out. The price you are charged is the price at checkout.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping the password to yourself. You must give a shipping address where you can receive a parcel.

The site

Product photos show the color and cut as accurately as we can. Screens differ, so a garment can look slightly different in person. Text, photos, and the Wrena name and logo belong to Wrena. Do not copy them for your own store or ads.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Wrena is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for a defective product.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
