This policy explains what Wrena collects on shopwrena.com and why. The site address is https://shopwrena.com.

What we collect

• Account. Email and a password hash if you create an account, plus the name you give us.
• Orders. The name, shipping address, email, and payment reference needed to take payment and ship the parcel. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider, not stored on this site.
• Contact form. The name, email, and message you submit. We keep that message so we can reply.
• Cart. A cookie that remembers what is in your bag on this browser.

Cookies

If you sign in, WordPress sets login cookies so you stay signed in. A cart cookie remembers your bag. These cookies are not used to follow you across other websites.

How long we keep it

Order and account records stay for as long as we need them for the purchase, returns, and tax. Contact messages stay until the question is resolved and a short time after. You can ask us to delete your account and contact messages from the contact page. We may keep an order record when the law requires it.

Who we share it with

We share shipping details with the carrier that delivers your order, and payment details with the processor that charges the card. We do not sell your personal information.
